Todd Wilson
Todd is leading the team in the Energy Farms development phase. This has included development of the business plan and financial models, site identification and contracting, resource consents, grid connection approvals, Owner’s Engineer (OE) selection, executive search,financing, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) selection.
Throughout a 20-year career as a business/digital strategist, program/project manager and executive leader, Todd's main career focus has been on undertaking high profile and politically sensitive projects and project recoveries, along with providing trusted advice to executive leadership teams on ICT innovation, strategy, risk and governance.
Todd has led many large-scale business improvement, software and infrastructure projects and has in-depth experience in HR, finance, healthcare, utilities and infrastructure business processes and systems, including a leading role in the QLD Health Payroll recovery program with abudget of $1.2B and in managing the State government’s Elective Surgery Guarantee Program ($1B+) and Referral Management Program ($360M).
Todd runs Perduco Technologies/IoT and Tuckerbox Ventures providing executive leadership across technology adoption, sales and marketing, client relationship management and channel partner network development. Todd has also developed a multi-tenanted solar distribution system.
